Due to the nature of the items sold on Precious Metals Collective, refunds are not permitted except for these circumstances; 

If the item shipped was not the item ordered. The incorrect item must be shipped back to Precious Metals Collective. Once the incorrect item is received and inspected, a refund will be given.

If an item is sold out (this does not include pre-sale items), or we are not able to provide the item you purchased, we will refund the amount of that item. 

All orders will be shipped to the address provided on the order. Please verify all information is correct before submitting your order. If there are errors on the address provided, you must contact us immediately to correct the error. If our shipping carriers have difficulty verifying your shipping address, we may contact you to verify. If no response if given within 48 hours we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
